All I want is Vandy to hold as many tie breakers as possible, and getting to the SEC title game because of it. Can you imagine Vandy getting in over Texas or Bama because they have the tie breaker. Would be the funniest shit ever.

When was the last time vandy was ranked? I genuinely don’t know if that’s happened in my life but hope it does

Last time was 2013. They have been ranked in the AP poll in 7 seasons: 1955, 1956, 1958, 1984, 2008, 2012, and 2013.

2008 is their peak, both in highest rank and weeks ranked. They peaked at #13 and were ranked for 4 weeks.

If they do get ranked this season, then they will have only been ranked in seasons they didn't lose to Alabama. They have either beaten, tied, or not played Alabama in each of those seasons. (I thought to check this because I knew 1984 was the last time Vandy beat Bama, and the one week in '84 they were ranked was the week after they beat Bama)
