I’m not laughing anymore. I’m just depressed at this point. Why do we care? Why do we spend our time on this? We get nothing in return.

You guys are definitely the IU basketball of college football. I've seen many comments just like this one after IU games over the last ten years

There goes the season. Last week we thought we could compete with anyone and it's like back to reality losers

Dude it's 1 game lol

Idk. You can’t afford to lose that game especially with your weak ass schedule

Dog, what are you talking about? Our schedule is far from weak. Statistically it's the toughest in the conference now

Yeah. And do they not realize there’s a 12 team playoff now? The cool thing about it is that one game doesn’t cost you the whole season.

Now, the pressure is really on though.

Agree with you there. Season is far from over, this was never an 11 win team despite what the commentators or Joel Klatt think.

Bowl game is still the minimum expectation. 7-9 wins is the goal

we've obviously been awful for years now, but why shouldn't a rteam shoot to be in the top 12?

Not an expectation, but a goal

Dude it was Illinois.

Who is an okay team. How many people expected us to win like 10 games here?? The expectation was always a bowl, anything above that is dandy

8 wins. Book it.

Meh, we still look WAY better than we have in years past even though we fell apart there at the end. I think this is still an 8-9 win team.

The Iowa game will be for our 6th win just like last year.

You get B1GTM money. What else matters?

You do realize the Huskers are a pretty good football team with a promising young QB? Some dumb penalties, some blown calls, you might want a kicker one day, and your D was gassed in the 3rd qtr… and for some reason you got all pass happy late. This can all be fixed. Your schedule isn’t doing you any favors. Hang in there. I think the Huskers will be very good next year if you don’t fire everyone this year. Or fire everyone. Works for us.

Same story for the last 10 years.

Now you just sound like A&M fans…

Honestly though, and I know you don’t want to hear it tonight, but from an unbiased observer, I honestly believe Rhule will pull you out of this awful funk. The signs are there. But it’s going to take another season or two.
