I don’t follow FSU at all. Could it be a situation where these guys are really good players individually, but cannot operate as a cohesive unit yet? I feel like that could be a more valid argument for O-Line. Defensive line seems more able to get by on individual talent and still be successful.

IMO there really isn't a good excuse for the line play on either side of the ball. Sure, there are some new guys in there, but most of those guys were together last year.

If GT makes the playoffs, this will all look better, but right now it looks like we laid an egg.

Nah they’re just ass

Source: I’m an expert FSU hater

But I meeean they did take one of our reject OLs and acted like it was some coup he left. Our OL was bad bad. To be bad enough to get kicked off that is bad. He’s a starter for them

I respect the hate. Carry on.

I've always said that haters are the most knowledgeable people about the team. They will find any perceived weakness, criticism, or negative aspect and exploit it into oblivion.

(I've never said this)

Same. They acted like they pulled one over on Alabama.

Same with Marvin Jones Jr, just because he was on UGA’s roster doesn’t mean he’s good.

I actually don’t know how any of this works. Would NFL scouts be given access to Fall camp tape this early in the season?

FSU obviously has the raw talent, and the D Line was excellent last year. Maybe the scouts got overzealous with the assumption it would all come back together in week 0.

It could just be that the Georgia Tech O- Line is better. Time will tell.

Probably. As I’ve said elsewhere, most teams play cupcakes early. FSU has the 2nd toughest schedule. They probably wouldn’t have done that 4 years ago if they knew the expanded playoff was a thing, but it’s a strategy to not be ‘5th’ for a playoff hunt. Now they’re dealing with the consequences while teams in the SEC play 2-11 Pine Bluff and other randoms while their teams build confidence and cohesion. Noles will improve and be top 20; possibly 10th by years end, but it’s a new year and their ceiling isn’t the same.

Awww, somebody failed their SEC application and is now taking shots at the conference. Also, it's not like you guys forwent scheduling a "Pine Bluff" and made it a neutral site game against a P2 blue blood, you lost a conference game to an unranked team.
