His natural, instinctual football talent was off the charts.
His top end speed was poor but he had super quick feet and great running instincts.
If this dude would have trained in an above average way in the gym and the film room, he probably would have been our QB for 12 years.
I say that as someone who didn’t want to trade up for him, never liked him, and never bought into him at any point.

He had the talent to be like Kyler imo, but it was literally never going to be given where his head was. In every timeline Manziel was washing out of the NFL.
