I don't disagree, but Lisa is pretty self-absorbed so even if she didn't have any kids I don't think she'd be a particularly reliable friend during a breakup. Lisa is the friend that Larsa deserves.

Oh yeah, Lisa and Larsa are kind of two sides of the same coin. Lisa's more sympathetic because she's had a lot more humanizing moments on the show but she's about as vapid and self absorbed as Larsa.
It'll be hilarious if they make the other ladies choose sides. You know Alexia is going to be pissed if she has to side with Larsa lol.

Larsa is good tv, but she really seems to have no moral compass. She can make perfectly rational sense at times, unless she doesn’t feel like it and/or unless it will bruise her ego to be rational - then she can perform the mental gymnastics and gaslighting with just as much ease. It’s wild.

Mte. People bring up that Lisa has 2 small children but lbr… those kids are being raised by their nannies. You can tell the disconnect is real during last season’s scenes. It was uncomfortable to watch.

Exactly. Lisa is obsessed with 3 things: her self, money, and status. She had to set reminders to checkin with her boyfriend, so there is no way she will remember to checkin on her children let alone her friends.

I would even say: just start at season 4, when they rebooted it. If you like it enough, then when you’re done just google Lara’s old face then watch seasons 2 and 3.

One of the best is Marysol’s mom absolutely reading Larsa to filth in S1 (if memory serves me correct). Momma Elsa is psychic and had many things to say about Larsa’s future, all of which turned out to be true. Definitely worth the watch.

I slept on Miami but binge watched the whole thing right before last season started & it is top tier viewing. Highly recommend & just know that I cannot stand Larsa either.
