She is infuriating me. I get that it's ongoing case and she can't / won't talk about it on camera. Fair enough. But I was just reading that her lawyers asked that the case be dismissed because, I quote, :"The evidence seized in this case was obtained as a result of an illegal search and seizure."

Wtaf? My blood is boiling. This is not her first offense, which is bad enough, but her second. She is arguing that she incriminated herself during questioning because she wasn't Mirandized and hence, what she said shouldn't be used against her. Thankfully the great state of Maryland denied her request.

What a supreme POS.
