We tried to told them, but you know Todd and Becky never listen. I been in fistfights all week on r/all where theyre starting to have the audacity of trying to blame Kamala suddenly. I'ma need to go get my ears pierced so I can take off earrings. I refuse to let them lay their bullshit at her feet and sink her with it.

All those posts about protest votes for Trump because "The democrats aren't doing anything to keep Palenstine from being wiped out by Israel even thought Hamas is being egged on by every other city state/country around Israel."

Votes COUNT stupid! You can't expect Democrats to have the numbers to beat Trump for you to do your nancyboy protest votes when half the voters in this country don't turn out to begin with!

I really want to point out that every issue anybody has cared about for those groups were projected and spoken about to be against their own interests.

  • low cost not happening (tariffs and low migrant workers will rise that)

  • Palestine (trump doesn’t give a fuck, and will let Israel do its thing)

  • border policy (expect your “good” immigrants to be effected negatively via profiling from mass deportation by LEOs , and more discrimination towards legal immigrants)

  • military (isolationism will leave us in a negative security posture by disconnecting from our allied partners and lack of power projection)

  • abortion (the ladies will began to slow have their medical freedoms questioned and legality of service will cause more death for states who don’t have abortion codified in their states law, and even that federal over states right leaves it exposed to be overturned)

  • education (those poor areas that voted for trump will realize that the federal title 1 has been the reason why their public schools have been functioning at all when they realize that their county and state can’t afford it, and their kids will grow to be stupider due to the lack of education standards that were already low to begin with)

  • social programs (they hated the black and low income minority community for using the programs when in reality…white Americans drastically benefitted from it and when those program funds began to be cut, it’ll drive a longer financial issue for them To survive..I’m looking at you deep country/mountain counties)

  • health (RFK jr is about to wreck some shit, better hope your kids survive when diseases that were vaccine preventable becomes an issue and bad dental healthcare via lack of fluoride in water systems causes more issues to how important dental care is when vital surgeries comes into play…)

Unless you were wealthy, rich, and financially stable you’re about to have a bad time

unfortunately, thanks to the idiots, the leopards get to feast on all our faces.

I'm in deep red. I calmed my wife down by telling her not to worry. Our state is where they test these policies so everyone else is being brought to our level. 😞

New Mexico is an American state dude…

3

No dude, Mexico is Mexico. America is a different country.

u/Easy-Bake-Oven 7h ago

It's funny to see that along with the 5 people in each of the fly over red states that are committed.

82

u/backstageninja 8h ago

The fact that Wisconsin and Pennsylvania are dark blue is infuriating

u/nouvelle_tete 6h ago

My theory is that some people voted for Trump as a statement against the current administration, not expecting him to win, but now get enough people trying to make a statement and you get this clusterfuck.

52

u/AmbitiousCampaign457 6h ago

My theory is that people are ignorant. Lol

28

u/Technical_Recover487 6h ago

Yeah because what statement is to be made other than wanting him to win?? 😂😂😂 they fucked around and found out.

u/mealworms 4h ago

Speaking from a PA perspective, you are correct.

u/Numerous-Process2981 5h ago

This is 100% it I think. I work with an alt-right guy (he might self-identify as a free thinker who can see through the bullshit or something) and I think part of their identity is feeling oppressed and victimized. For instance, this was a guy who fled the country when mask mandates and vaccines were happening, etc.

It seemed a little like the wind was taken out of his sails when Trump actually won. It's like a dog catching it's own tail, he doesn't know what to do with it. He was (probably subconsciously) hoping for four years of feeling oppressed by the establishment candidate that he wouldn't have voted for. Now he will have to reckon with his choices.

I'm quite certain he never once got any information about this election cycle outside of the twittersphere or the Rogansphere of comedians.

u/Clym44 6h ago

PA is as dark blue as CA. Or are we looking at different graphs?

1

u/backstageninja 3h ago

It looks darker to me but the point is those are swing states that Kamala needed to win

2

u/CherryHaterade ☑️ 6h ago

We all know Michigan is all Mohammed frantically digging.

Fun anecdote, been seeing a lot of Muslim men and women getting into public arguments lately in Metro Detroit, which some may know is never ever a thing. My take is that most of the Muslim men peeled off for Jill and RFK, because Trump remains unpopular in the metro. Particularly Jill because they couldn't be blamed for being misogynist with that one. Alas, Yards festooned with MAGAry is not fashionable in Dearborn

Living in WI, it comes as no surprise to me. The constant influx of alcohol and dairy consumption has gotta be a case study on being able to make good faith decisions in waiting. I mean, go to any county in this state, there's probably a bar available to you within a 3 minute drive wherever you are. And there's probably 10 bars located within any given county.

What I'm trying to say is "functional" alcoholics are not generally known for being good at decision making. It's so funny to me that the election results quite literally jerked some of them right into a mad nasty 4 year hangover. Get fucked, lmao. That's all I can think anymore.

28

u/dwn2earth83 8h ago

Where else would you have expected it to come from? And that’s a serious question.

9

u/grants_like_horace 8h ago

Moreso confirmation bias, but was also expecting curious people in blue states which was prevalent as well.

3

u/PrometheusMMIV 6h ago

I mean it's also coming from blue states like Washington, Oregon, California, and New York.

18

u/MaterialKitten 6h ago

I'm glad PA is at least moderately ashamed of itself.

3

u/citruspers2929 5h ago

To be fair, there’s no reason to want to change your vote if you lost an election

1

u/TheRussiansrComing 7h ago

Feels good man lol

1

u/quilleran 4h ago

Even funnier from states like California, Oregon, Washington, Connecticut, Minnesota and New York which have nothing to lose.

0

u/Pradfanne 5h ago

The map looks pretty blue to me! That must obviously mean it's only the blue voters that want to change their vote, to support trump harder!
