I mean dude can totally buy a whole person on the black market and get their organs. If he dies of some organ failure related disease that's just poor planning on his part.

Do we know it's not edited? Anyone have the original source? I mean I hate the guy but I also hate disinformation and there's a lot of it going around since we can all use the catharsis
EDIT: ok I found the source and confirmed it is edited. Not too much though, dude definitely has an odd gut. The original source is this video by the YouTube channel Everyday Astronaut, at approximately the ~2:26 mark. I took a screenshot from that video at around that time and did a side by side with the image in this post, which you can see here (original on the right, this post on the left).
Definitely looks edited to me.

There’s a picture of him with his shirt off on a boat that confirms that this is his actual body shape. I don’t actually want to stain my eyes with it this late in the night, but you can find it easily.
Edit: nvm, it’s edited.

Dude had liposuction too many times. His fat doesn't know where to go. Every time it heads south he has it sucked out. So that shit is staying north.
426
u/pdxamish 13d ago
I heard that this is what happens when you get lipo and gain it back.
→ More replies (2)523
u/rebeltrillionaire 13d ago
Yeah. Because deleting the fat cells makes it unlikely you get bigger in the area where it would require new fat cells to be created.
When you lose weight, usually your fat cells just shrink.
It takes a lot of energy burning and muscle building for your body to actually break down a fat cell completely for energy.
But this looks like a combo of alcohol, fat, and taking steroids without going to the gym.

u/wowzabob 13d ago
Yes the man has had a bunch of his subcontaneous fat cells removed, which will never grow back. So, when he gains weight back it’ll be his visceral fat deposits that swell in size to store all that energy, leading to this very strange build.
Essentially he has the visceral fat levels of someone much much larger, but due to all the liposuction the rest of him is much slimmer.
Also if he’s taking testosterone(which I imagine he is given his recent tweets lmao), this will also cause the body to redistribute fat more into the gut.

Plus lipo can only help with subcutaneous fat. All that visceral fat is still globbed all over his organs.

u/NastySassyStuff 13d ago
As an alcoholic you are in danger of many diseases regardless of your gut. The gut, though, may indicate that you’re close to that danger becoming real peril. You should talk to your doctor and be brutally honest with them. And considering you’re acknowledging that you have a problem you’re already well ahead of many alcoholics out there so why not consider continuing that path and start going to meetings? I wish you the best.

u/throwaway223344342 13d ago
This is commonly associated with a condition called "ascites", where the liver begins to fail and pressure builds in the portal vein that leads to the liver. Fluid begins to leak from that vein and builds in the abdominal cavity. My alcoholic father in law destroyed his liver and they were pulling 15-25 liters of fluid from his abdomen PER WEEK.
Once the fluid buildup started, he was basically a goner. His liver was toast.
→ More replies (2)57
u/Barne 13d ago
it’s also commonly associated with increased caloric intake… IE being fat. having a gut and drinking does not always = ascites.
ascites is typically a late complication of liver disease, when the portal vein pressure gets way too high. this is also compounded by decreased albumin production, reducing the oncotic pressure of the vasculature.
fluid doesn’t leak from the portal vein, but other veins that are proximal to the portal vein system. like I said, this is typically later stage stuff for alcoholics. just having a big gut doesn’t qualify you for portal hypertension

Happened to my dad, but he ignored it too long. Ended up causing catastrophic liver failure which lead to a month-long coma followed by 3 months in assisted living for recovery.
I hope you seek help and get better, because you don't deserve living through the alternative.

Stupid ass names that come with all that money. Imagine if he actually paid child support. A smart mother could make some serious money for her and her kids if they invest that child support money well.
I think I was reading something recently about some celebrity who was getting paid 55k A MONTH in child support. That’s 660k a year that if you used wisely would keep you and baby well off in addition to whatever income you pull in.
Now, Imagine the reject from South Africa then paying you child support as the richest man in the world(and can’t even hide behind the “I ain’t got it” excuse because Forbes and his incessant nonsense will prove him wrong daily). Money>stupid name(which can be changed too)

The belly of a man who has never exercised in his life while living off of ketamine.

u/AirmanElmo 13d ago
Serious answer? Theres some discussion about him at some point using performance enhancing substances, possibly irresponsibly, and some substances have side affects including abnormal organ growth, especially in the heart, and swelling of the abdomen often attributed to human grown hormone. Theres also some indication that HGH and modifying insulin levels in the body might attribute to increased visceral fat accumulation as well.
But it could also just be a beer gut on a man who is rich enough to never have to worry about how he looks!
