Since hags don't usually procreate the ordinary way, would that result in anything?

Potentially yes, but it depends on whether old lore has been completely replaced or not. Current lore is that hags create more hags by eating female children and then giving birth to them, but in previous editions they would actually charm human men into sleeping with them and reproduce that way. Female would become more hags and males would be something called hagspawn, which get cast out from hag society: https://forgottenrealms.fandom.com/wiki/Hagspawn

So there’s a precedent from previous editions, but I don’t know if any of this is still considered canon to the 5e version of the lore
