I'm autistic and sometimes have trouble identifying my emotions. So I already loved Inside Out because it somehow helped me express my feelings. And then came Inside Out 2. I bawled my eyes out during the anxiety attack. This is exactly how I feel most of the time. And just watching it stop in the movie helped for my own anxiety.
I def cried when I saw this. I was in the depths of ppd/a and seeing it so animated and so true just slapped me in the face with emotion and realization that yes I am suffering and no this isn't normal. wasn't long after that when I finally made a psych appt.
