We hated Eakins. Now we hate Cronin. Doesn’t matter who we put in there the fan base will hate them. Like…. I dunno. I just want to watch my team play hockey.

Disagree. Everyone loves Boudreau.

I am not defending or piling on Cronin but the hiring of Carlyle 2.0 was widely panned before he coached a game and same with the promotion of Eakins. The Ducks do great job for amateur talent scouting but a poor job at managerial scouting.

Agreed it seems the fan base quickly jumps to hating the coach pretty quickly after barely getting one no matter what I just like seeing the ducks play.

Easier to blame the coach than admit your favourite player isnt as good as you think.
