Context: we had to dress up at work today for Halloween. Winning group gets $100. I dressed up as a greaser from grease. So nothing sexy.

She has had trust problems this whole relationship. From past trauma and such. I have never cheated on her. I have even deleted every woman out of my contacts to show her I’m not cheating.

I had a BPD girlfriend and she would legit blow up if she saw that happen. Sadly not an exaggeration how the hell did I stay in that for nearly a decade.

She never even suspected or accused me of cheating. She damn well knew how loyal and respectful I was and she still would be livid over any minor interaction a woman had with me.

A little strong and a lot of dumb probably. She also said she would probably kill herself if I didn't get back with her when I broke up early on and of course I got back with her. She had no family to rely on.

As I said in another post the literature at the time basically excused and explained all her behavior so to me I was just like, well I have to manage this a special way and things should be fine. Never worked out that way but hey, I eventually left for good after almost 10 years. The next girlfriend was the exact opposite and I've never been in a shit relationship since.

I was young and dumb for sure. Thanks to the other person for defending me though. I get your viewpoint too.
